Epoxy Spray Coating Cast Iron Pipe with IPP Solutions Equipment Part 1

A Barrier Coating crew was dispatched to a commercial location to descale and coat the inside of 6" & 8" deteriorating cast iron sewer line. This main drain line had been giving customer trouble in stopping up about every 6 months. The customer was given the option to descale and remove all the interior corrosion and then have applied a protective Epoxy “Barrier Spray Coating”. The customer agreed and in doing so, the process will not only help eliminate the continual stoppage issues, but also restore and extend the life expectancy of the existing sewer line. Customer was well please in not having to cut and burst his concrete floors.
