Mathis has many years in Air Conditioning Service and Repair and provided a very nice job. We had problems with our unit not being large enough to efficiently cool our home. With our new air conditioning unit installed by Mathis, we have saved during the summer on our electric bill because the unit does not run as long to cool down our home.

Mathis installed the dehumidification system yesterday, and in just a few hours it had lowered the humidity from 67% to 47%. Everything appears to be online and performing well. I am so amazed at the programmability of the system. I highly recommend it to anyone. I would like to thank Mathis Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. for coming to our rescue during our recent problems with our heating and cooling system. During our regular yearly inspection, your always dependable crew spotted a rusted out leak in our air conditioning unit. Knowing it would soon be time to switch our heating system they immediately alerted me to the danger involved, namely a carbon monoxide leak. I could not have asked for two nicer and more knowledgeable young men who spent 10-hour days installing the system. You must be very proud of the way they represent your company. The quality of the new system is obvious, in that we have already begun to see a monthly fuel cost savings. Thanks again for being there for us

I just want to say I have never had such quick service from a company that I have dealt with. I called and spoke to you (Kim) at 12:49pm today for an emergency service and when I spoke to the Bank (Park Sterling) at 3:20 the job had been completed. The branch advised that the technicians were very courteous and professional. Hats off to your company, from the phone call to clean up, we had superb service. The HVAC technicians installed my Trane equipment very promptly, left the work area clean and were very courteous and friendly.
Derrick was the nicest and most courteous technician and a very hard worker.
The HVAC Technicians were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the new Trane systems operation to me.
Landon came out and checked everything and did not find a plumbing leak. Landon went up on the roof and found a rough spot and then returned to the attic where he found several wet spots under the roof. I was really impressed by his effort to find out what our problem was. My wife and I were so appreciative that he made such an effort that I wanted Mathis to know what a great technician Landon is.
I worked with Mathis to get a tankless water heater for my elderly Grandmother to help her save some money. They took care of all the paperwork for the rebates that you can get from the government for installing a tankless heater. They were extremely professional and looked out for her while they were there. I highly recommend them and was impressed with their service.
I would use and recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing. They really do live up to their reputation of good work and customer service. Thanks guys for working with me.
We are very pleased with the attention we've been given by Mathis. We came home Sunday night and our a/c was not working (had been planning to replace the unit). I called Mathis Monday morning, they were here by 11:30 AM, and we had a new unit fully installed and working by Wednesday afternoon! On Monday they brought out portable units for us to use until the installation was complete. Billy, Trent, and Kim were just great to deal with. They were all knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Mathis for heating or plumbing problems!
I very much appreciated the professional appearance of your technician when he arrived, on time. David took the time to fully explain to me what was causing my plumbing problems and offered a couple solutions. One of my issues required an additional contractor to provide carpentry work. David was available by phone, late in the evening and answered questions pertaining to the job. That was most helpful. I know I can count on Mathis Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. to be there when I need them.
